Every employee at the Collingwood storefront location has been very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, polite, and helpful in all aspects of the services they provide. All of the Service Technicians that visit the homes and commercial buildings for installations of lift tracking, lift systems, service calls, etcetera, are very respectful to everyone in the home while completing their work, quiet, do a great job, and are very helpful by cleaning up behind themselves before leaving the location. Rhozena was knowledgable and friendly. She explained all my governmemt assistance options and showed me a number of rollators. I felt educated and well equipped to make a choice that suited my needs and budget. I highly recommend this store.

I bought a power-lift chair for my father here. If you’re looking for one, this is the best place to buy one. The prices, quality, and level of customer service is superb. You won’t encounter the BS of buying $500 warranties like when you buy one at a furniture store. Plus, my father’s doctor wrote him a medical note and he didn’t have to pay tax AND it’s tax deductible because it’s a medical device. I’m so happy that I went here. I wanted to try one of the chairs that wasn’t there and one of the ladies brought the chair from Orangeville the very next day just so that I could try it. Very calm and approachable staff that try to help you any way they can. All three of the ladies working there helped make the experience a 10/10. Thank you team.

The girls, Shelley and Rhodena are most efficient and extremely friendly when I entered the store. I had to rent two items for a client and both girls were very helpful and knowledgably. Truly a great experience.
