I have to say our experience with Logan from Integral was very professional. My mom was having difficulties climbing her stairs. We saw Logan's ad on usedvictoria and gave him a call. He was able to find us a used stair lift and at an amazing price. He was very kind and courteous and did a great job on the install. Logan was very fast to respond to my text message. Logan faced a bit of a challenge with my persnickety husband who suddenly got very protective of our maple stair treads and DID NOT want any screw holes left in them. Others may have walked away from his attitude, but Logan perservered and came up with an innovative solution that involved getting a metal worker to make some special braces for the chair and padding the stairs with wooden blocks which he made and sanded finely himself, and placed them on the stairs with a protective covering underneath them. It took little extra time but my husband was very happy with this solution and I am very happy with my stairlift. Exceptional service from Logan.!

in 2019, Logan was very responsive and got us a used stairlift for a new /old house in very good time. whenever there was an issue he came very quickly and righted whatever wasn't working.In 2023, had a tough time locating him for over a week but coming to this page did the trick!

Called integral from out of town they coached me through a fairly easy repair that saved my wife’s stairlift. The repair would have been more than1500.00 thanks Logan your awesome!!!
